This prep table can hold up to twelve 1/6 pans in its painted aluminum interior cabinet, which also includes two adjustable, PVC-coated shelves.

The self-closing doors have a 90° stay open feature, along with magnetic door gaskets that are removable without tools for easy cleaning. The temperature set point and defrost frequency are adjustable, and the unit includes error codes to assist in diagnosing service issues.
