Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
